Tip: Easiest way to transfer the pattern from paper to wood

Hello Russ. My preferred method depends if I am producing more than one of the same item. If I am making just one, I simply cut the paper pattern, tape pages when there is more than one page, tape to the board and then trace it.

If I am making two or more, I will cut the paper pattern and tape pages to a piece of cardboard stock so that I can trace it onto the cardboard stock. After cutting the cardboard stock I simply lay that onto the wood and trace each pattern.
