Received a very good questions today from DIY "Russ"; Thank you Russ for this great question that is very worthy of sharing as a WoodPatternExpert Tip

Hi,

Im looking for the easiest way to transfer the pattern from paper to wood. I look forward to your suggestion.

Thanks

Russ

WoodPatternExpert's Tip for Russ was:

Hello Russ. My preferred method depends if I am producing more than one of the same item. If
I am making just one, I simply cut the paper pattern, tape pages when
there is more than one page, tape to the board and then trace it.

If
I am making two or more, I will cut the paper pattern and tape pages to
a piece of cardboard stock so that I can trace it onto the cardboard
stock. After cutting the cardboard stock I simply lay that onto the
wood and trace each pattern.

I hope this tip works well for your project(s).

Thank you,

WoodPatternExpert
E-Store: www.thewoodpatternexpert.com
EMAIL: thewoodpatternexpert@hotmail.com
